We originate, develop, design, construct, and operate solar power arrays in the US and Canada. In Ontario Canada we have approximately 25 MW of 70 arrays under our asset management and 10 MW under construction; in NY we have ~95 MW in development across Western New York with 10 MW fully built and delivering solar power to community solar customers in the greater Rochester area.
Abundant builds solar arrays in the best possible locations to maximize system output and offers subscriptions to homeowners, renters, and businesses that want to be a part of local clean energy initiatives. Interested customers subscribed to a portion of the systems output based on their annual consumption. Customer signs a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Abundant that establishes lower rates for electricity than they are currently charged. Once operational, the energy from our array is distributed through the existing power grid. Subscribers receive a credit on their bill that reduces their energy cost by the amount of energy they subscribed to.

Through community solar, whole communities can receive the environmental benefits and financial savings of solar while bypassing the obstacles of a conventional rooftop installation. Residents and businesses in these zones have the opportunity to become community solar subscribers. As a subscriber, you will receive “solar credits” on your utility bill that offset the final balance. Even better, Abundant offers these credits at a discount from their value, generating savings on every subscriber’s annual utility costs.
